1. 30-Day Returns

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed.

Retain all original labels and packaging.

No traces of cosmetics, animal hair, perfume, deodorant, or toiletries.

If the item does not meet the above requirements, your return request will be rejected.

3. How to Return

To initiate the return process, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your request is approved, carefully package the item, invoice, return receipt, and return form in a suitable box. Please retain your tracking number to check the status of your return.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and confirmed that it meets the return requirements, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been sent to the original payment method.

Note: The refund will not include the original shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank to confirm the processing time. If you have not received your refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] for assistance.

6. Canceling an Order

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order, but you may return the item according to our Returns Policy.
